Mike Skow’s experience as a Lear 35 First Officer and later as a Captain for Omni Air Transport paved his career path to aviation management for Omni Air Transport and Omni Aircraft Sales. He has more than 10 years’ experience in completing complex aircraft transactions worldwide.  As President & CEO, Mike ensures the focus of our staff aligns with our mission for maximizing safety and providing exceptional customer care. Additionally, Mike is responsible for the company’s overall operations and strategy with a detailed focus on the closing process of transactions. A rising star in the local community, Mike was recognized as a Tulsa 40 Honoree and distinguished individual in the business community by Tulsa Business & Legal News. At home, Mike enjoys golfing, gardening and time with his family.

Ron Smith is an aviation industry veteran with over 25 years of sales and operations leadership in domestic, international and government aviation sectors. Having led the growth of two very successful early-stage aviation businesses, Ron has a unique blend of experience in both the sales and operational disciplines. Ron, as Omni’s Vice President of Sales for the Southeast, will lead the company’s vision for growth in this region. Prior to Omni, Ron was the Base President of Jet Linx Atlanta and had overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and growth of the business. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, being outdoors as much as possible enjoying a multitude of activities and supporting some very special charity organizations in the area.  Ron resides in Woodstock, Georgia.

John began his career in business aviation more than 23 years ago as President of JetOne, a regional fractional jet operator (FJO) based in SE Michigan (PTK). Since then, he has served as the VP of Sales, North Central States for United Airlines’ Avolar Fractional FJO program, and VP of Business Development for N1 Aviation, where he managed aircraft acquisitions and sales. John also served as Director of Charter Sales at Sentient Jet for two years. He also served as Vice President of Sales at Pentastar Aviation, where at this Michigan-based Aviation Services Company, John was responsible for the sales activities across the company, including Aircraft Management and Charter Sales, MRO & Avionics sales. John spent several years with CAE Simuflite Dallas, where he was responsible for Business Aviation, Maintenance and Helicopter training sales in North, Central and South America.  Johns most recent assignment was Director of Business Development for Sikorsky, Lockheed Martin for North America , until the Sikorsky S76 Helicopter was discontinued.

Mallory Cantrell’s marketing career spans over 10 years with experience in secondary education, industrial manufacturing and aviation. As Director of Marketing, Mallory dots the I’s and crosses the t’s on all content for Omni’s digital and print media. She’s most passionate about innovative marketing tools and the use of font in design. When she isn’t working, Mallory likes to immerse herself in the pages of a good thriller, dabble in photography and plan gatherings for family and friends.

Lori Escalanta is a seasoned and versatile professional who leads with a collaborative leadership style by promoting teamwork across all organizational levels. Her passion lies in interpreting complex data and effectively communicating her findings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. Some of her strengths are successfully building relationships through positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and her willingness to get the job done. In her spare time, Lori enjoys fitness activities, camping, serving her church, and spending time with her family.

With over 20 years of aviation experience in both corporate and charter, Tony Lawyer is meticulous with aircraft maintenance. Prior to Omni, Tony managed a diverse multi-fleet operation of Part 135 aircraft as a maintenance manager. As a previous Gulfstream G450 Crew Chief, he is a Gulfstream G550/450 Master Technician and experienced on multiple aircraft. As a registered aircraft technician with inspection authorization, he focuses on doing the job the right way the first time. A native to Oklahoma, Tony enjoys sports, and spending time with his wife, two sons, family and friends.

James Norris is an aviation career professional who finds passion in building relationships and assisting aircraft owners and operators to make informed buying and selling decisions. Before joining Omni Aircraft Sales, James worked in business operations and sales roles for Textron Aviation, TRU Simulation & Training, and FlightSafety International where he was able to serve a wide array of business aviation clients. In his most recent role with Omni Aircraft Sales, James served as Aircraft Research Manager where he managed and lead the research department which is responsible for gathering and providing reliable, quality aircraft market data to our team and clients. Outside of the office, James loves spending time with his wife and two sons, watching sports events, and enjoying the outdoors.
