Aircraft Sales Associate

The Aircraft Sales Associate provides sales, administrative and marketing support to the companies designated Regional Sales Directors and Regional Vice Presidents of Aircraft Sales. This role will be a developmental position with potential advancement to a Regional Sales Directors position. The role will focus on professional business development, communication and marketing strategies with aircraft owners and potential aircraft buyers in a selected region.

Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
• Proactive tracking and documenting of various aircraft market opportunities.
• Analyze data and information to find ways to improve sales and future opportunities.
• Pro-actively targeting client opportunities through outbound sales calls, e-mails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from leads to real opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Assist with the coordination and integration of new clients.
• Work closely with OAS Research to identify and scrub specific aircraft types within the selected markets we serve.
• Ability to demonstrate expert understanding of the aircraft and the transaction process.
• Qualify all inbound call requests for their true viability.
• Build relationships with regional OEM’s and Broker partners.
• Be available to represent the company at all sales, marketing and networking functions internally and externally.
• Maintain all leads, prospects and opportunities in SalesForce.
• Participate in daily/weekly business conference calls and staff meetings as requested.
• Support the Regional Sales Directors and VP’s by making cold calls to specific target customers.
• Assist the marketing department in the development and deployment of sales collateral, proposals and presentation materials.
• Travel may be required to support Regional Sales Directors and or Regional Vice Presidents for client meetings, industry events and training.
• Recommend service/procedural improvements to increase sales close rates.
• Assist in the development of regional budgets and sales goals annually.

• Ability to work independently and be accountable for the successful completion of required job functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business, marketing, communications, finance or hospitality preferred.
• Aviation experience preferred, or successful completion of collegiate aviation course work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with highly successful and accomplished individuals.
• Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization.
• Work productively in a high paced and sometimes pressurized environment.

• Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
• Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology
• Must be goal-oriented, have an exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team.
• Must be able to pass a ten-year Background/Criminal/OMV/Drug Screen
