A change from Embraer’s standard of larger-class corporate jets, the Phenom 100 has enjoyed strong sales the past 12 months despite the overall slowdown. Over the past 12 months, the Phenom 100 inventory has shrunk from 36 aircraft for sale to 22 aircraft for sale. This inventory decrease has nudged average prices up by 4% in the last 12 months. Unfortunately, this drop in inventory has yet to produce a drop in the average days on the market. The market continues to become more and more competitive and the buyer pool remains engaged.
