A change from Embraer’s standard of larger-class corporate jets, the Phenom 100 has enjoyed strong sales despite growing inventory. Over the past 12 months, the Phenom 100 inventory has grown from 35 aircraft for sale to 39 aircraft currently for sale. This inventory rise has pushed average prices down by 4 percent in the last 12 months. Unfortunately, this drop in average ask price has yet to produce a drop in the average days on the market. The market continues to become more and more competitive, and the buyer pool remains engaged.
