The successful platform has shined in pre-owned markets over the past 18 months; however, over the last 6 months, there have been signs that the market is starting to return to normalcy. Inventory has increased by 186% or 13 more aircraft compared to 7 available 6 months ago. Overall, this is only 3.2% of the total fleet available, a healthy figure that indicates this is still a sellers’ market. Average asking prices started to nudge downward, decreasing by $1,516,000, or a mere 0.5% since 6 months ago.
