The XLS+ is Marching Forward!

The Citation XLS+ has been a popular aircraft for the business aviation community since 2008, and the last 6 months have been no exception. Historically, most professionals would consider anything less than 5% of a particular aircraft fleet for sale to indicate a hot market. Today, most professionals have lowered that expectation to approximately 3% considering the extremely active market we find ourselves in. Currently, the Citation XLS+ has only 0.7% of the entire fleet for sale! This stat alone indicates that the sellers can almost name their price in this market. Unfortunately, there are VERY few sellers in today’s market.

As the second and third quarters of 2022 approach, look for XLS+ inventory to rise slightly, giving more options to buyers. For current buyers to have any opportunity at one of these new offerings, broker representation will be a must!
